Technical Support and Service Engineer

Salary: Negotiable · Location: Beijing

Responsibilities • Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and operation training of instruments • Familiarity with product technical standards, process design, operating principles, etc. • Analyzing, recording, and following up on feedback and issues from clients • Strong sense of responsibility, good time management, and alignment with company arrangements

Requirements

• Degree in Optoelectronics, Resources and Environment, Remote Sensing, or related STEM fields • Bachelor's degree or above • Good interpersonal skills, communication, and coordination capabilities • 3+ years of relevant technical work experience • Proficiency in Matlab, Pix4Dmapper, ENVI, or similar software is preferred
