Product Introduction
The HG-UCID series online thermal camera is an economical infrared imaging device developed for industrial thermography, equipment status monitoring, and intelligent detection applications. Utilizing a low-noise uncooled infrared core, diverse infrared optical lenses, and an industrial-grade image processing circuit—combined with specialized image processing and temperature measurement algorithms—the system delivers real-time, highly stable infrared thermography and thermal imaging functionalities.
Equipped with a Vanadium Oxide (VOx) uncooled infrared detector, the device offers two resolution configurations, 640×512 and 1280×1024, featuring a thermal sensitivity of 35mK. This allows it to capture subtle temperature variations clearly, satisfying high-precision thermal detection demands. Simultaneously, it supports a GigE industrial interface, securing long-distance, high-speed data transmission and exceptional system compatibility, making it perfectly suited for long-term, stable operations in complex industrial settings.
The HG-UCID uncooled infrared thermal camera features low power consumption, rapid startup, and high stability. It supports extended configurations for various infrared lenses and comes with a comprehensive Software Development Kit (SDK), facilitating seamless secondary development and system integration for users. It is widely used across industrial inspection, equipment status monitoring, power grid maintenance, automated systems, and allied fields.
