Product Introduction
The HG-CID-LW series cooled long-wave infrared thermal camera is independently developed by Hagorun Technology Limited to fulfill specialized requirements in long-wave infrared imaging and measurements. Equipped with a high-performance cooled long-wave infrared detector, the system delivers exceptional imaging properties and low-noise operational characteristics, effectively minimizing blooming and external environmental interference to ensure a continuous, high-stability stream of infrared imaging data.
The research-grade HG-CID-LW series enables users to capture high-speed infrared images at up to 100 frames per second. It operates within a spectral wavelength range of 8–12μm, completely satisfying the demands of long-wave infrared thermal radiation imaging and precise temperature profiling. The unit is fitted with versatile data interfaces including Camera Link, Gigabit Ethernet, and RS232, securing high-speed, reliable data transmission and real-time imaging analysis.
This system accommodates a motorized filter wheel (with an optional 5-slot configuration) for modular configurations tailored to distinct spectral applications. It also features integrated functionalities such as non-uniformity correction (NUC), automatic gain control (AGC), and adjustable integration times. Highly compatible with multiple types of infrared optical lenses, the camera adapts seamlessly to varied working distances and target size measurement scenarios, making it widely applicable across scientific research, industrial R&D, process monitoring, non-destructive testing (NDT), and multi-spectral infrared signature analysis.
